Roman Victor is a Software
Developer. Roman develops software in three areas: handheld
computers, PC applications and web applications. His specialty
is using database centric content for rules based expert systems
for medical and data analysis applications. Roman is also an
amateur musician playing saxophone and baroque recorders.
Roman is active on development forums for the Palm Operating
and SQL as well as continually extending his technical skills

Penni Martorell is a
Graphic Designer and Web Developer. Penni frequently acts as
a project coordinator for RVPM Designs customers. She is also
extending her education at Mount Holyoke College.
Penni Martorell creates
graphic designs and performs web development for the publishing,
real estate, mass marketing industries and cartography.
Penni is a member of graphic societies and practices the ancient
